Regulating health communication in the post-truth era

As a global epidemic of the social media age, COVID-19 has also resulted in an ‘infodemic’, which means uncontrolled spreading false information about health situation. Spreading is special intersection point freedom speech, science, and fundamental right to life health. The paper analyses European Hungarian legal framework for communication from multiple perspectives. Regulatory challenges solutions differ professional communication, commercial by laypeople. with all forms misinformation, private regulations platform operators have significant regulatory role play relation disinformation. result analysis, provides detailed map that covers regulation explores factors need be considered when designing comprehensive future regulation.
